Plan C – More People Less Time

Just hire more people and have them work 6 hours a week

Plan D – Really Aggressive Workshop Planning

Hire 6 undergrads to have a really solid team, offer more classes ourselves

If Nixon is staying we need to change what he does – it can’t be random invention stuff anymore, it needs to be specific areas of need – curriculum development, running workshops, research publication, grant writing, tutorials, making hardware operational. Or he can drop to the lower pay rate and be a lab attendant.
