participation in the Boneyard Arts Festival! The lab will be open from
noon to 10p to the community and have plenty of cool projects on

Plan A – Minimal Hours
+ Workshops
Reserve afternoons and mornings for workshops and classes –
June – August (3-15 hr/week)
Open lab for general public Tue/Thu (6-9p; 6 hr/week)
Volunteers and one staff person Sat/Sun (2-5p; 6 hr/week)
15 hr/week, minimum 2 employee minimum = 30 hr/week
= 4 employees (Colten, James, Wesly/Knight and +1)
Plan B – Expand Hours

hr/week)

Less Time
Just hire more people and have them work 6 hours a week
Plan D – Really Aggressive
Workshop Planning
Hire 6 undergrads to have a really solid team, offer more
classes ourselves
If Nixon is staying we need to change what he does – it can’t
be random invention stuff anymore, it needs to be specific areas of need –
curriculum development, running workshops, research publication, grant writing,
tutorials, making hardware operational. Or he can drop to the lower pay rate
and be a lab attendant.
